Rob Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards will be pouring flights of their wines at the Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant. Robert Sinskey Vineyards produces a range of reds and whites from organic, biodynamically-farmed grapes.
Come taste some of the most rare and celebrated wines and meet the people who make them famous. This is a great opportunity to enjoy delicious wines and chat in an intimate, personal, yet casual atmosphere with the types of artisanal producers from around California and the globe that we love to feature here at the Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant.Winemakers, winery staff and often the winery owners themelves will be here to answer questions and talk about their wines. You can order small bites to complement the wine.
All events are on Wednesdays, 4:30-7:30 pm, unless otherwise stated. Continue to recheck our schedule, as we’re always adding new exciting events to our list. These events are open to everyone, and the only cost is for the flight of the wine. Cost does vary, so please check the schedule. Mark your calendar!
Pick up a bottle of wine from the flight you just tasted or an old favorite. One of the great things about the recent boom in wine is that there are lots of smaller producers with new perspectives. Not bound by the opinions of focus groups or boards of directors, these producers are creating some of the most interesting wines available today.
