The World of Napa is a Six course chef's tasting menu. $59 per person dinner / $45 per person optional wine pairing.
Allison Steltzner began working with her father full-time in 2002 after completing her Bachelor of Sciences Degree at Chico State, majoring in business administration, with a minor in marketing. Allison is uniquely suited for her post as General Manager and National Sales Director for Steltzner Vineyards. Richard Steltzner established his first Stags Leap District Vineyards in 1965 while concurrently engaging in vineyards management. Steltzner Vineyards' first commercial release was in 1977, and the Steltzner Family established their own modest facility in 1983, with a 3,000 case capacity in the Stags Leap District.
Viader Vineyards and Winery: VIADER (pronounced vee-ah-“dare”) Vineyards and Winery is a leading first growth Napa Valley winery estate established in 1986 by Delia Viader, and recognized around the world for consistently producing high quality red wines. Located 1200 feet above the Napa Valley floor just northeast of St. Helena on the steep, rocky slopes of Howell Mountain. Since the inaugural vintage in 1989, VIADER Proprietary blend has featured Cabernet Sauvignon with a significant component of Cabernet Franc.
